- Lanre Fadehan, husband of the late woman Kemi Fadehan, alleged that the more experienced Doctor Gbadegesin, who is a consultant, left his duty to the junior practitioner Olaniyi, who performed the surgery
- Late Kemi was a 38-year-old mother-of-three and a double Masters’ degree holder who was scheduled to travel to the US for her PhD in 2017
Two medical doctors working with Ifako Ijaiye General Hospital in Lagos state Morenike Olaniyi and Abidoye Gbadegesin have been accused of killing a pregnant woman through negligence while delivering her of a baby.
Doctor Olaniyi, who performed an operation (Caesarean section) on the late woman Kemi Adesola Fadehan reportedly sliced open her intestine in error.
